Roles and Responsibilities :

Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, etc. Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications based on business requirements. Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, HDL, and HCM Extracts. Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations using Oracle PaaS, REST/SOAP Web Services, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Work with business users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide solutions. Support end-to-end testing, data migration, and post-implementation support. Provide training and documentation for end-users. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Benefits, etc.). Proficiency in HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. Expertise in developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits. Hands-on experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and PaaS solutions. Knowledge of security roles, workflows, and approval rules in Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience with personalization, extensions, and configurations in Oracle Cloud. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is a plus. Experience with Oracle Payroll and Global HR. Exposure to data conversion and migration strategies. Ability to work in an Agile environment.
