Oracle Fusion HCM Functional - Talent Management Lead

Hyderabad / Bangalore/ Pune/ Guragaon/ Trivandrum

We are looking for an experienced

HCM Cloud Functional Lead

with strong expertise in

Talent Management and Recruiting modules

along with

Core HR

. The candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver multiple end-to-end

HCM Cloud implementations

(minimum 5, including at least 2 with HCM Cloud). Provide functional expertise in

Talent Management, Recruiting, and Core HR

modules. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, support testing, and manage go-live. Mentor team members and manage allocation, monitoring, and reporting to Project Manager. Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues. Support client engagement, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8-10 years of HCM domain knowledge covering the

hire-to-retire cycle

. Strong understanding of

HCM Cloud business processes and data flow

. Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication skills. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel (domestic/international).
