CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect opening for our premier client.

Description
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of integrated, high-quality solutions that meet customer objectives. This involves analyzing business needs to ensure that the Oracle solution aligns with the customers goals by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen You will evaluate and select the appropriate methods and techniques to deliver both functional and technical solutions, and resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing innovative solutions. Your expertise in HCM business processes across modules will enable you to architect and design technology solutions that encompass multiple products or platforms. Additionally, you will provide direction and oversight to project teams, influence key decisions made by customer leadership, and support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50 to $120 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
