Oracle Time and Labor Cloud (OTL) minimum 3 implementation experience Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Must have Time and Labor functional knowledge, Core HR knowledge, technical skills of Fast Formula, BIP reporting, HCM Extracts and Cloud HCM technical skills Activities: Lead and perform activities to gather business requirements, drive design discussions, configure and develop application module, prepare documentation & testing, impart user training and support testing, coordinate with offshore team. Nice to have: Knowledge of US Payroll , Global implementation experience. Oracle Time & Labour Technical consultant Should have worked on atleast 2 Oracle Time and Labor End-to-End Implementation

• Respond to all Technical configuration related questions pertaining to Oracle Time and Labor.

• Integrate (functionally) Time and Labor with Clock-in/out devices to bring time entries into Oracle Time and Labor.

• Should be able to deal with the files, take requirements and map the process.

• Understanding Technical requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in the context of the project

• Evaluate the overall solution for defined Technical and non-functional requirements.

• Being able to lead implementation and production rollouts.

• Provide training and communication of system updates to new and existing users.

• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.

• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs

• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken

• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

• Flexible for working in US time zone

• Knowledge on Fast Formulas will be an Add-on.
