At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle
5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as Functional resource
Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR ORC Talent and compensation management
End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules Requirement Gathering Configuring testing UAT and production deployment
Experience in working Total compensation and Change statements
Work experience in Fast Formulas
Analyze compensation new features and regressing testing during upgrades
Solution design POC Troubleshooting of issues
