We're looking for a seasoned
Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
with deep expertise in
Payroll
-- particularly within U.S. legislative frameworks. In this role, you'll design and implement compliant, scalable payroll solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring every configuration supports accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and seamless integration with other HCM modules.
You'll work cross-functionally to gather requirements, configure payroll processes, and personalize Oracle Payroll to reflect unique client policies and business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Configure and support Oracle Cloud Payroll with a focus on
U.S. legislation
and statutory compliance
Design payroll processes, pay groups, earnings/deductions elements, and payroll balances
Customize Oracle Payroll to reflect specific organizational policies, taxation rules, and reporting requirements
Integrate Oracle Payroll with other HCM modules including
Core HR
,
Time and Labor
, and
Benefits
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with third-party systems
Participate in testing, UAT, and go-live support activities
Create and maintain documentation including test scripts, user manuals, and training materials
Support Fast Formula development for earnings, deductions, and validation rules (preferred)
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
What You'll Bring to the Table
5+ years of experience implementing Oracle HCM Payroll, with proven expertise in
U.S. payroll configuration and compliance
Strong functional knowledge of payroll setup, processing cycles, and regulatory reporting
Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll integrations and dependencies across other HCM modules
Familiarity with Fast Formula development is a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
Oracle Payroll Cloud certification is a plus
Work from office required
