Description:
CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:

• Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, primarily Core HR, with skills in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security.
• Advise clients on selection, integration, and optimization of HCM solutions to meet business objectives.
• Perform process design, product configuration, functional design, customization, and testing.
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle and ensure seamless alignment with client needs.
• Demonstrate solutions and guide stakeholders on best practices.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Security).
• Proficient in process design, functional design, product configuration, and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant or similar role.
• Hands-on implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Advising clients on process optimization and system integration.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Oracle HCM certifications preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50 to $100 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
