Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled

Oracle CCS/CCB/C2M Solution Architect

with deep expertise in Oracle Utilities applications, architecture, and implementation across the AUS and/or US utilities market. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and domain expertise in the utilities sector (Power, Water, Sewerage), capable of guiding complex transformation programs and leading large-scale Oracle Utilities implementations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and own end-to-end solution architecture for

Oracle CCS/CCB/C2M

implementations. Drive client discussions and workshops independently to gather requirements and define solutions in large and complex utility transformation projects. Guide technical teams in understanding functional specifications and developing scalable, maintainable technical designs. Review and validate design documents from junior team members, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and system impacts. Provide expertise on

Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)

, product architecture, and data model. Oversee integration of CCS with systems such as ERP, WAM, MDM, GIS, Field Service, etc. Collaborate across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a

global delivery model

. Ensure technical consistency and quality across all modules (C-Side & M-Side), guiding the development team on both configuration and custom development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

,

OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

, and related SaaS components relevant to Oracle Utilities. Support pre-sales, estimation, planning, and delivery of full-lifecycle utility implementations. Travel to client sites (domestic/international) as required.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

or equivalent; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.

12+ years of total IT experience

with at least

8+ years

in Oracle

CCS/CCB/C2M

implementations. Deep knowledge across all Oracle CCS modules and integration touchpoints. Strong working knowledge of

OUAF

, configuration tools, and

Oracle Utilities Data Model

. Hands-on expertise in

Java

,

HQL

,

SQL

,

PL/SQL

, and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl, Ant, WLST). Proven experience leading technical/design teams and reviewing their work for architectural alignment. Familiarity with

AUS and/or US utility market

processes and regulations. Strong

interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

. Demonstrated ability to work in multi-stakeholder, multicultural environments and

global delivery models

Desired Skills:

End-to-end design knowledge with the ability to

lead new designs

across Oracle CCS systems. Strong command of

C-Side and M-Side

of Oracle CCS product suite. Experience creating and guiding development of

complex technical design documents

from functional specs. Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability practices for Oracle CCS. Prior experience with

at least 1-2 full-cycle Oracle Utilities implementations

in

Power, Water, or Sewerage domains
