Job Description
ESSENTIAL SKILLS -
1. Understanding of the utility industry's business processes, such as billing, customer service, and payment processing
2. In depth Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) Functional understanding,
3. Sound knowledge in Oracle Application Utilities Framework (OUAF)
4. Sound knowledge in BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals & Algorithms using Java/Groovy
5. Experience in working with CC&B Integrations will be an added advantage.
