Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant
with at least
3-5+ years of hands-on experience
in Oracle CC&B implementation, customization, and support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and/or technical knowledge of CC&B modules and be able to work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle CC&B application.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
Develop, customize, and enhance CC&B components (business processes, algorithms, scripts).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other applications.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in
Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
.
Hands-on expertise in CC&B modules such as Customer Information, Billing, Payments, and Metering.
Strong understanding of CC&B data model, frameworks, and workflows.
Experience with
Java, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL
in the context of CC&B customizations.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work
onsite in Hyderabad
.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Utilities domain processes.
Experience with CC&B upgrades or integration with other Oracle Utilities applications.
