Experience 4+ years in Technical role Desired skills Resolve technical issues related to Oracle HRMS, Finance & SCM module Develop or modify newexisting reports(Discoverer, XML Publisher reports) Work on new technical enhancements Develop OAF pages as per the requirement Customizing OAF pages Workflow Development and Customization RICE Development, Forms, PLSQL Should have Good knowledge in XML and Oracle BI Publisher OAF Development & Customization experience is required Customization & Personalization of Oracle Forms Should have good exposure in Oracle EBS
