Job Description
1. Oracle Apps DBA will be responsible for installation, configuration, upgrading, administrating, monitoring, troubleshooting, cloning, patching, backup and restore of Oracle EBS. Would be responsible for reviewing application/databases, identify performance bottlenecks and fixing those. 2. Good knowledge in Oracle Database and E-business suite architecture and components 3. Experience in all routine DBA tasks including health checks, troubleshooting issues and installations 4. Good knowledge of PLSQL and SQL 5. Good knowledge of Shell scripting 6. Knowledge of traces, tkprof and SQL tuning 7. Knowledge of Security patching 8. Knowledge on how to enable SSO configuration on any instance 9. Thorough Knowledge on 12.2 and to enable adop cycle 10. Good knowledge of OEM 11. Well versed with cloning procedure in 12.2 environment
