About the Role:
We are seeking an Oracle Apps Specialized Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top Oracle ERP, E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud, and related Oracle Applications professionals. This role requires deep understanding of Oracle's ecosystem and proven recruiting expertise in technical and functional roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates for Oracle Applications roles (EBS, Fusion, HCM, SCM, Financials, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers and project leaders to define hiring needs.
Build a pipeline of Oracle consultants, developers, functional analysts, and architects.
Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche communities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
Qualifications:
3+ years recruiting experience with Oracle Apps/ERP talent.
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, and ERP implementation projects.
Proven ability to recruit for both contract and permanent roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
