Job Description

As an Optometrist at SPECSMATE, you'll be the face of eye care delivering precise vision testing, guiding customers through lens choices, and ensuring a seamless retail experience. You'll combine clinical expertise with retail acumen to drive both health outcomes and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye tests using SPECSMATE 12-step optometry protocol Share accurate prescriptions and educate customers on lens types (single vision, progressive, etc.) Recommend suitable frames and lenses based on lifestyle and prescription needs Perform quality checks on fitted lenses before handover Achieve sales targets and eye-test conversion rates while minimizing returns Coordinate post-sale product pickup and resolve return issues professionally Maintain detailed records and follow SOPs for customer service and inventory handling

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
