Responsibilities:

Conduct eye examinations and assess vision accuracy. Prescribe spectacles, contact lenses, and other visual aids. Diagnose common eye issues and refer serious cases to Ophthalmologists. Perform contact lens fitting, trials, and patient counseling. Guide customers on frame selection, lens types, and eye care. Maintain patient records, prescriptions, and equipment hygiene. Support optical retail operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Optometry (B.Optom / D.Opt). Knowledge of eye-testing tools and optical products. Good communication and patient-handling skills. Experience in optical shop/eye clinic preferred.
