Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed eye examinations and vision tests
Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and vision therapies
Assist in the diagnosis and management of eye conditions
Work closely with ophthalmologists and other staff
Participate in regular community outreach and free eye check-up camps
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Optometry (B.Optom / M.Optom)
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Strong communication and patient care skills
Willingness to travel for eye camps when required

Position: opthalmologist
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Phacoemulsification and SICS cataract surgeries independently
Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions
Conduct OPD consultations and post-op follow-ups
Assist in organizing and performing free eye surgery camps
Qualifications & Requirements:
MS/DOMS/DNB in Ophthalmology
Proficient in Phaco and SICS cataract surgeries
Minimum 1-2 years of surgical experience preferred
Strong clinical and surgical judgment
Willingness to serve in both hospital and outreach camp settings
Position : Accountant
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial registers
Operate Tally software for all accounting tasks
Manage store and inventory records
Handle cash transactions and banking
Prepare and analyze MIS reports
Keep records of purchase orders, billing, and stock levels
Assist in internal audits and financial planning
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Commerce or relevant field (B.Com/M.Com)
Proficient in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) and MS Excel
Experience with inventory and store management
Knowledge of cash handling and MIS reporting
Good communication and organizational skills
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Position: Admin
Daily Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital administration
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, and support services
Manage staff duty rosters and attendance
Multitasking & Coordination
Handle multiple tasks across departments (front desk, store, accounts, maintenance)
Act as a central point of contact for hospital staff, patients, and management
Liaisoning with Authorities
Coordinate with government bodies, local authorities, health departments for hospital compliance
Handle communication and documentation for licenses, inspections, and audits
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain hospital records, staff files, registration documents, patient data, and vendor files
Ensure all legal and statutory documents are updated and readily available
Inventory & Asset Oversight
Coordinate with the store for procurement, stock management, and vendor follow-up
Maintain records of hospital assets and equipment maintenance
Facility & Maintenance Supervision
Oversee cleanliness, security, and infrastructure maintenance
Coordinate repairs, AMC contracts, and vendor services
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety protocols, and government norms
Prepare and submit regular reports to management and relevant authorities
