? Conduct accurate eye tests and vision assessments for customers.

? Prescribe suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses as per requirement.

? Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescription and lifestyle needs.

? Maintain detailed records of eye tests and patient history.

? Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional consultation and advice.

? Support the store team in achieving sales targets through quality eye testing and product recommendation.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

? Perform refraction and eye health screening.

? Ensure equipment calibration and hygiene maintenance.

? Recommend corrective measures and coordinate with the sales team.

? Maintain patient records and reports accurately.

? Educate customers on eye care and lens maintenance.

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

? Accuracy in Eye Testing (%).

? Customer Satisfaction & Repeat Visit Rate.

? Prescription-to-Sale Conversion Ratio.

? Monthly Consultation Count.

? Compliance with Store SOP & Quality Standards.
