Optometrist /Sr Optometrist

Join our team as an ABS Optometrist to deliver exceptional eye care and customer service. Your role involves conducting comprehensive eye check-ups using our standardized process, recommending lenses and frames, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage sales transactions, maintain store standards, assist with inventory, and coordinate product delivery and returns. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to achieve sales targets and provide a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, promoting free eye check-ups Perform eye exams and recommend suitable lenses and frames Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and equipment security Achieve sales and conversion targets following SOPs Manage sales transactions and resolve customer concerns

Personal attributes & competencies

Minimum qualification: Diploma in Optometry Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions Clear communication and active listening skills Ability to adapt to changing environment and openness to learn Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority
