Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations including vision testing, refraction, and prescribing corrective lenses. Recommend appropriate eyewear solutions such as spectacles, contact lenses etc Handle sales of eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and accessories, while ensuring excellent customer service. Achieve sales with incentives and contribute to the growth of the store. Supervise day-to-day store operations, including inventory checks, customer handling, and staff coordination. Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional standards are maintained in eye testing and dispensing. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
Requirements

Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (Eye testing & optical sales). Strong knowledge of refraction techniques, lens types, and optical products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a passion for eye care and retail. Ability to manage store operations.
