Planet Vision is a well-established, multi-brand, modern, full-service, large format optical store. We offer complete range of eyewear products - Frames, Lenses, Contact Lenses and eye testing at our store spread over 400 sq ft, located centrally in Sion, Mumbai. We have been serving our customers for more than 10 years now.

- Optometrist Manager

Performing eye exams and refractions

Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses

Fitting contact lenses

Educate patients on proper eye care practices and preventive measures

Maintain eye test records on daily basis

Troubleshoot in case of customer complaints and issues

Provide personalized recommendations for eyewear, lenses and eye care solutions

Handle entire customer journey including eye testing, dispensing, sales, order closure, billing, payment, quality check and delivery

Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded as per plan

Manage complete order processing cycle

Take proactive action to promote sales through promotions and customer interaction

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Co-ordinating with vendors for timely ordering of products and timely delivery to the customer

Ensure store ambiance and experience remains pleasant and positive for staff and customers

Qualified optometrist from a reputed institute

Retail optical store experience of minimum 2 years as optometrist

Good visual presentation and hygiene

Warm, friendly disposition

Reliable, Proactive and independent

Good problem solving skills

Hard-working, honest, resilient,

Good communication skills

Good language skills, Hindi, English, Marathi, preferably more than 1 spoken language

Good working knowledge of computers including software like MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and sales / invoicing software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
