Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Optometrist

to join our eye care team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about vision care and patient service. The optometrist will assist in eye testing, patient education, and supporting the ophthalmologist in day-to-day clinic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform vision tests and preliminary eye examinations Assist in refraction and lens prescription under the guidance of the ophthalmologist Educate patients on eye care, lens usage, and eye hygiene Maintain accurate patient records and test reports Coordinate with the doctor for diagnosis and treatment planning Help in optical dispensing and frame selection if required Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the eye testing room and equipment Assist in OPD flow management and patient counseling

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of basic optometry principles Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a patient-centric approach Ability to handle equipment like an auto-refractor, trial set, and vision charts Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical setup
