Job Description

Eye Examinations and Vision Testing:

Conducting comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, and eye health. Utilizing examination results to recommend appropriate eyewear solutions, including eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Prescription and Corrective Lens Recommendations:

Interpreting examination findings to determine accurate prescriptions for corrective lenses. Providing personalized recommendations for lens options, coatings, and designs based on patients' needs and preferences.
Contact Lens Fitting and Sales:

Conducting contact lens fittings and evaluations to ensure proper fit and comfort. Recommending contact lens products and related accessories, such as solution and cases, to meet patients' needs.
Eyewear Sales Support:

Collaborating with optical sales staff to assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories. Providing technical expertise and product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Upselling and Cross-selling:

Identifying opportunities to upsell premium lenses, coatings, and accessories based on patients' lifestyle and visual requirements. Cross-selling additional products or services, such as lens upgrades or eye health supplements, to enhance patient satisfaction and increase sales.
Customer Relationship Management:

Building strong relationships with patients by delivering excellent customer service and personalized care. Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction with their eyewear purchases and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Sales Performance and Targets:

Setting and achieving sales targets for eyewear products, contact lenses, and related accessories. Monitoring sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates and average transaction value, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
Product Knowledge and Training:

Staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in eyewear products and contact lenses. Conducting product training sessions for optical sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and professional ethics in all sales and optometry-related activities. Maintaining accurate records of patient consultations, prescriptions, and eyewear sales transactions.
Team Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborating effectively with colleagues, including optical sales staff and support personnel, to provide seamless customer service and optimize sales opportunities. Communicating sales-related feedback, trends, and customer preferences to management to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
