If you're competitive, coach-able, and motivated by success, this role is for you.What You'll Do:- Drive outbound sales efforts by engaging convenience store owners across the USA. - Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals. - Make 150+ high-quality cold calls daily, focusing on conversations that convert into opportunities. - Build and nurture long-term client relationships that create repeat business and referrals. - Communicate effectively in Gujarati, Hindi, and English while maintaining clear documentation in CRM. - Consistently exceed quotas while contributing ideas to improve sales play-books and processes. Requirements: - 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in closing deals in the USA - Strong track record of meeting or beating targets in fast-moving environments. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, plus fluency in Gujarati and Hindi. - Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn-the hallmarks of a true startup fit. - Coach-able, quick learner, and open to adopting new strategies, tools, and processes. - Comfortable balancing high activity with high-quality conversations that lead to results.
