- Developing an optical concept for a single function (Signal or main function) in the form of surfaces and geometries meeting the targets of the Project and the constrains from the design.
- Designing optics zones and profiles with the help of CAD/CAL programs in consultation with the person
responsible - Creating NC-compatible CATIA geometry from the CAD data and transferring it to internal and external
parties as well as creating simulation geometry from the CAD data - Performing computer-aided CAD/CAL simulations for photometric and thermal analysis
- Creating model appraisal drawings for headlamps to submit to headlamp/ rear combination lamp/signal function lamp/Car body lamp testing bodies
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering degree in mechanical / Bachelors or Masters of Science with focus on physics and photonics
- Experience on any optical relevant development.
