Patient Service & Dispensing

Interpret ophthalmologist or optometrist prescriptions for spectacles and lenses. Guide patients in selecting appropriate frames and lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive, etc.) based on their requirements and budget. Take accurate facial and frame measurements to ensure proper lens fitting and comfort. Fit, adjust, and repair frames to ensure optimal vision and comfort for patients. Provide after-sales service such as adjustments and repairs of glasses.

Sales & Customer Care

Achieve monthly optical sales targets. Promote premium lenses, coatings, and frame brands to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused approach during all interactions. Handle patient feedback and resolve optical-related issues effectively.

Inventory & Store Management

Maintain accurate records of stock, prescriptions, and sales. Ensure adequate availability of frames, lenses, and accessories. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and timely replenishment of inventory. Maintain cleanliness and proper display of frames in the optical store.
