1) Greet customers and understand their needs and suggest for an eye test if required.
2) Frame selection: Suggest Frames based on customer requirements and suggest frames suitable for customers power and style preference.
3) Lens selection: Recommend lenses based on customers visual requirement, power and frame selection.
4) Take necessary Measurements for spectacle dispensing.
5) Maintain store cleanliness and Product arrangement.
6) Handle customers calls and answer queries by customers.
7) Inventory management of store and order necessary supplies to Head office.
8) Generate customer invoicing, generating Sales report in Computer.
9) Maintain all MIS reports.
10) Should have in depth knowledge and expertise of Advising luxury frames and premium lenses.
11) Involve in Marketing of the store offline and though digital channels.
12) Follow up with customers for reminding services, eye test or latest promotional offers in Store.
Required Candidate profile
1) Require at least 6 years experience in optical industry.
2) Min 2 Years experience as store manager in Optical Retail Chain Store.
3) Excellent communications skills
4) Ability to work in Team.
5) Good reading, writing skills
