Optical Sales Executive (Retail Counter)

Job Role

Attend walk-in customers at the optical sales counter Help customers choose eyeglass frames and lenses as per their need and budget Explain basic lens options clearly (single vision, anti-glare, etc.) Handle billing and maintain basic sales records Take care of frame display, cleanliness, and stock at the counter Coordinate with optometrist for eye test customers Provide polite and honest service to every customer

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass Basic communication skills (Hindi / English) Experience in optical shop preferred (but not compulsory) Honest, patient, and customer-friendly nature Willing to learn and follow store rules
