Job Description

Job Role and Responsibility:-

Welcome and greet customers politely. Understand customer needs and help them choose the right frames and lenses. Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly. Work closely with the Optometrist for prescription understanding and eyewear selection. Enter order details accurately and handle billing properly. Ensure proper fitting and adjustment of spectacles during delivery. Maintain showroom cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display. Provide after-sales support like adjustments, repairs, and replacements if required. Follow up with customers for pending orders and delivery updates. Meet daily and monthly sales targets and maintain records. Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude. Keep knowledge updated about lenses, coatings, brands, and new arrivals.

Job timings- 10.30am to 8.45pm

Any week off worked in double paid.
