Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operating OPG Machines:

Setting up, adjusting, and operating optical grinding machines to shape and polish lenses according to specifications.

Precision Cutting and Edging:

Using specialized tools to cut and edge lenses, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and curvature.

Quality Inspection:

Thoroughly inspecting finished lenses for defects and adherence to quality standards, using measuring instruments and visual checks.

Machine Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance and calibration on grinding and polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.

Lens Mounting:

Assembling and mounting lenses into frames or optical assemblies, ensuring proper alignment and fit.

Safety Compliance:

Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Collaboration:

Working with other team members, such as opticians, to meet production goals and deadlines.

Record Keeping:

Documenting production processes and maintaining accurate records of work performed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Preferably 5+ years
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
