Job Summary

The Dispenser will be responsible for assisting customers with spectacle selection, accurate lens fitting, and proper eyewear dispensing. The role ensures excellent customer service, product knowledge, and precision in optical measurements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescription, style preference, and comfort.
Verify and interpret prescriptions issued by optometrists.
Take accurate measurements such as PD, fitting height, segment height, and frame adjustments.
Dispense completed spectacles and ensure proper fitting and comfort for customers.
Explain lens features, coatings, warranty, and care instructions.
Maintain inventory of frames, accessories, and display stock.
Support sales activities and achieve showroom targets.
Handle minor repairs, adjustments, and servicing of spectacles.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dispensing and workshop area.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th/Graduate Pass
Experience in optical dispensing (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge and billing experience
