To have eye OPD on Friday and perform cataract surgery on Monday in a week. timing from 9:30 to 13:30 hours. Per visit payment 2,730 to 3000 depending upon experience. Additional incentive of 325/- to 1000/- (for different slabs) per cataract surgery
