Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT/H1 candidates for US IT positions
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate technical fit
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain a strong pipeline of OPT candidates for current and future requirements
Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate onboarding
Maintain accurate documentation and ATS updates
Ensure compliance with US staffing and OPT hiring guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in
US IT / OPT recruitment
Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and visa processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience working in night shifts aligned with US time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with US staffing agencies
Strong sourcing skills using job boards and social media platforms
Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines
