ValuePro Inc is looking for an experienced

OPT Recruiter

to handle end-to-end recruitment for OPT, CPT, H1B, and GC candidates across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with OPT hiring.

Responsibilities

Recruit OPT/CPT/H1B candidates for US IT requirements Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate with sales and account managers for requirements Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up regularly Ensure compliance with OPT/CPT hiring guidelines Maintain accurate records in ATS/Excel
Requirements

2-5 years of experience as an OPT Recruiter Strong knowledge of OPT/CPT/US visa processes Experience with US IT recruitment Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment
