Role: OPT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Recruiter (US IT Staffing) || Immediate Joiners preferred

Location: Onsite Hyderabad (LB Nagar)

Shift: US Night Shift | 7:00 PM IST 4:00 AM IST

Experience: 02-05 Years (OPT Recruiting preferred)

Role Overview:

As an OPT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and placing consultants (OPT, H4 EAD, L2S, Green Card, US Citizen) across US clients. This role demands strong communication, persistence, market awareness, and the hunger to close positions.

What You'll Do:

Source and screen OPT, H4 EAD, L2S, Green Card, US Citizen candidate profiles using multiple channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, etc.).

Actively pitch PTC's brand, training excellence, project success rate, and market credibility to candidates.

Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Account Managers, Trainers, and Candidates.

Conduct initial candidate discussions, understand career goals, and align them with open requirements.

Handle rate discussions, follow-ups, submissions, interview coordination, and pipeline management.

Maintain continuous engagement with candidates until successful onboarding.

Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat submissions and referrals.

What We're Looking For:

02-05 years of experience in OPT / US IT Recruiting

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong understanding of US hiring process, work authorizations, visa statuses (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, etc.)

Confidence to talk, negotiate, and influence candidates

Result-driven mindset with a people-first approach

Willingness to work US Night Shift from office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,194.64 - ₹40,003.46 per month
