processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for OPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, and senior consultants.
Source qualified OPT, H1B candidates through
job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder)
, LinkedIn, and university/training networks.
Build and maintain a
diverse candidate pipeline
including H1B, GC, and US Citizen candidates.
Onboard bench consultants
, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
Partner with
referral networks and agencies
to attract potential H1B transfer candidates.
Educate candidates about
visa processes, immigration guidelines, and career pathways
.
Conduct
resume screening, interviews
, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and updated
candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
.
Collaborate with management to
align sourcing strategies
with business needs.
Ensure full
compliance with US hiring and immigration regulations
.
Provide
ongoing engagement and relationship management
for bench consultants.
Skills & Qualifications
2 - 3 years
of hands-on experience in
US recruitment
, with strong exposure to
OPT,
H1B and H1B Transfer hiring
.
Sound understanding of
US immigration processes
and work authorizations.
Proficient in
US job portals
- Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of
US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
.
Experience in
bench sales onboarding
is a strong advantage.
