About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OPT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing F1 OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, and STEM OPT candidates in IT and non-IT roles across the USA. The recruiter must be passionate about helping international students secure career opportunities and have prior experience in US staffing or consultancy hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and build a pipeline of OPT/CPT/ STEM OPT/ H4 EAD/ L2 EADcandidates.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills and career interests.
Build relationships with candidates and ensure ongoing engagement.
Market candidate profiles to implementation partners, direct clients, and Tier 1 vendors.
Negotiate terms and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up for feedback.
Maintain daily and weekly reports on activities and placements.
Achieve monthly targets for interviews scheduled and placements made.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in HR, Business, or IT).
2-3 years of experience in US staffing, especially OPT/CPT recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Ability to work in US time zones (EST/PST shift).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.

Experience working with Vendors and Implementation Partners*.

Basic knowledge of US work authorization types (F1, H1B, EADs).
Understanding of the US job market and common IT job titles/technologies.
