We are looking for a skilled OPT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates across multiple visa categories and a deep understanding of the US staffing process.
Key Responsibilities:-
1.Candidate Sourcing: Employ a diverse range of tools, such as job boards, social media platforms, and databases, to identify qualified candidates.
2.Engagement and Screening: Perform initial candidate screenings, verify visa eligibility, and gain insight into candidates to align them with appropriate job opportunities.
3.Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with Accounts Manager to comprehend their specific hiring requirements and present suitable candidate profiles that fulfill those needs.
4.Database Management: Sustain a comprehensive candidate database, ensuring ongoing engagement and the development of a talent pipeline for future openings.
5.Compliance: Guarantee that all procedures adhere to US immigration and labor regulations and H1B policies.
6.Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with consultants and establish a consistent talent pool.
Job Responsibilities:-
1.Source and recruit candidates for H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC EAD, Green Card holders, H1 transfers, and US citizens for positions across various domains.
2.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our Bench.
3.Engage with candidates for screening, interviewing, and evaluation.
4.Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and present suitable candidates.
5.Maintain detailed candidate databases and reports on recruiting activities.
6.Ensure compliance with US immigration laws and client specifications during the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in US OPT IT recruiting, with a focus on sourcing candidates for H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC EAD, GC, H1 Transfers and US Citizens.
2.Strong understanding of the US staffing process and legal employment regulations.
3.Ability to handle high-volume recruiting while delivering quality candidates.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
