Educational Qualifications:

Diploma in Textile Manufacturing and Engineering.

Technical skills:

(e.g. computer skills, ability to use specific equipment's)

MS Office, Mail Communication

Language skills:

(e.g. good English reading and writing skills, language certificates with a required minimum score, etc.)

Can Read, write and speak Gujarati and Hindi.

Duties & responsibilities:

Taking round and monitoring working of department at regular intervals. Ensure quality of production and take action where ever required. Involve in all Beam change process. Ensure proper new quality / Beam start up setting Involve in Change process i.e. reed space, design, pick and weft etc as per specification during the shift. Check shuttle tension on every weaving machine during change Perform routine maintenance along with fitters Measurement of fabric and pick per dm on loom Monitoring of workman during working time and recess time Train new workers / trainee workers Ensure cleanliness of department Prepare production report and attendance report In absence of shift in charge perform his role. Prepare workers shiftwise / machine wise attendance report in absence of clerk Arrange trailor card for felt under process Ensure loom wise weft / pirn requirement

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
