Role objective:
Keep operations clean: invoices, collections follow-ups, staff documentation, and office support.
Responsibilities:

  • Create invoices/receipts; maintain collections tracker; follow-up cadence with clients.
  • Maintain employee documentation files (joining, attendance, leaves, basic compliance records).
  • Vendor coordination, supplies, office readiness across two offices.
  • Support appointment scheduling and client onboarding logistics (as needed).
