We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting HR initiatives, and contributing to sales activities, thereby directly impacting the growth and success of the organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist in daily operational activities including process management, documentation, and workflow optimization to ensure efficiency across teams.
  • HR Assistance: Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and assisting with HR queries.
  • Sales Coordination: Aid the sales team by managing leads, coordinating follow-ups, preparing sales reports, and supporting client communication efforts.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, demonstrating strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute ideas to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve the overall working experience for employees and clients.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of HR activities, sales data, and operational metrics, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in operations, HR, sales, or related fields. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Verbal Communication: Excellent spoken communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  • HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
  • Sales Acumen: Exposure to sales activities, client coordination, and lead management is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and HR management software.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute positively to team culture.
