Job Title:

Operational Head - The Native Art Gallery

Role Summary:


The Operational Head will oversee the daily operations of The Native Art Gallery, ensuring smooth functioning across sales, production, and customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, process management, and coordination skills to maintain quality, meet deadlines, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Coordination



Supervise in-gallery and online sales processes to ensure timely follow-up and conversion. Maintain a

leak-proof order system

so no sales opportunities or payments are lost. Monitor customer experience, handle escalations, and ensure all client expectations are met.

2. Order & Production Management



Assign and track custom artwork orders to in-house and outsourced artists. Ensure orders are completed

on time

and meet The Native Art Galleryquality standards. Manage production schedules for prints, frames, and shipping.

3. Team & Vendor Management



Supervise gallery staff and sales team, ensuring punctuality, productivity, and performance. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials. Manage relationships with printing labs, framers, and packaging vendors.

4. Financial & Inventory Control



Monitor operational costs and ensure they stay within budget. Maintain accurate stock records of frames, canvases, and art supplies. Assist in preparing operational reports for management review.

5. Marketing & Growth Support



Coordinate with the marketing team for exhibitions, promotions, and art workshops. Track ad-generated leads and ensure they are followed up efficiently.

6. System & Process Improvement



Implement operational systems for efficiency, including order tracking and customer updates. Suggest process improvements to reduce delays and increase profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



fresher can apply Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):



On-time order completion rate. Sales conversion improvement. Customer satisfaction score. Reduction in operational costs. Zero leakage in sales and payments..
