Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency and high service quality.
Oversee departmental workflows, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Monitor daily performance metrics and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Handle staff management including scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and team development.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient service standards, and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with senior management for operational planning, budget execution, and process improvements.
Manage facility operations, inventory, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
Address operational escalations and work towards continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and handle branch-level responsibilities independently.
Good understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and service standards.
