Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update records, reports, and operational documentation.
Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Identify operational issues and recommend solutions for process improvement.
Handle client communication when required and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support the management team in planning, execution, and reporting.
Maintain inventory or logistics coordination if applicable to the role.
