Onboarding, Induction, Termination, Employee Data update, Leave of Absence, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management / Employee Communications, Reward and Benefits, Global Mobility, Payroll Management, Attendance management
r Employee Engagement & Retention.
r Sending out offer letters, on-boarding process for new hires and new hire training/ Orientation.
r Documentation for loan, visa and travel related matters.
r Handling basic HR Operational (Data Management, Hard files Management, Alumni Connects) and back end activities.
r Social Media Communication and Update
r Fun activities and Team building events on a weekly and monthly basis.
r Close co-ordination in Onboarding and Process Training.
r Excellent knowledge in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Video etc.)
r Attrition management and Analysis on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
r End to end HR communication and Engagement.
r Worked on defining and implementing the new activities.
r Performance Management Handled minimum 3 to 4 annual appraisal discussions with employees and managers
