Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Advising clients on skills and career options. Assisting in creating career plans and development strategies. Conducting career advisement sessions and workshops. Facilitating job search and placement activities. Supporting clients in professional development and overcoming challenges. Connecting clients to training, certifications, and employment opportunities. Advocating for clients when necessary. Monitoring client progress and satisfaction.
