Manage conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, infections, and corneal disorders.
Provide post-operative care and long-term patient follow-up.
Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other specialists for comprehensive eye care.
Educate patients on eye health, preventive measures, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of ophthalmic diseases, diagnostics, and treatments.
Proficiency in using slit lamps, fundus cameras, lasers, and surgical instruments.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision for microsurgeries.
Good communication, counseling, and patient-care skills.
