Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances.

Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.

Cash Flow Management:

Overseeing cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

Financial Systems:

Managing and maintaining financial systems and ensuring data integrity.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Cost Control:

Monitoring and analyzing financial performance and recommending strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Operational Management:

Process Improvement:

Developing and implementing efficient financial processes and procedures to optimize operations.

Operational Performance:

Monitoring and analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.

Workflow Optimization:

Streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.

Leadership and Development:
