Job Title:

Soldering Production Operator

Reports To:

Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

Solder electronic components on PCBs with precision, meet daily output, and ensure zero defects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform THT/SMT soldering per IPC standards. Inspect and rework solder joints. Assemble, test, and pack PCBAs. Read work instructions. Maintain equipment and ESD safety. Record data in inspection reports. Follow 5S and cleanroom rules.

High school or ITI Holder, 1-3 years soldering experience. Micro-soldering skills, steady hands. * Basic computer use.
