Responsibility

Operation & maintenance of Boiler Maintaining 5 S in boiler area Required good knowledge of Vulcanizers and steam line accessories. Sound knowledge in Maintenance and operations of boiler Maintaining and repairing boiler equipment and all associated components. Regularly testing boiler water and making necessary adjustments to chemicals to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits. Record and maintain daily logs on boiler operations, maintenance, and safety activities. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle trouble shooting Good knowledge of water treatment plant.

Education and Certification Requirements

Boiler 1st class operator has certificate of competency of the First Class from Director of boiler board. Minimum matriculation required

Experience

2 years' experience as boiler attendant as Second Class Certificate of Competency in sole working charge of a

Boiler whose heating surface is not less than 50 square meter.
