Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DRO Milling Machine Operator with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the milling machine with a Digital Readout (DRO) system to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate DRO milling machines independently

Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job orders

Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.)

Select appropriate cutting tools and set machining parameters

Perform roughing, finishing, slotting, drilling, and other milling operations

Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of machined parts

Maintain machines, tools, and work area in clean and good condition

Follow safety and quality procedures consistently

Coordinate with supervisors and quality team on production requirements

Key Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

2-4 years of experience in operating DRO milling machines

Good understanding of machining practices, cutting speeds, and feeds

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances

Familiar with material handling and basic machine maintenance

Strong focus on quality and productivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
